Hi there! I'm Steve Jourdain, and I've been part of the Raleigh and Cary community since 1995. Over the past 20 years, I've had the pleasure of helping people find their perfect homes in this amazing area. 

What do I love about real estate? It's all about making a real impact on people's lives. There's nothing quite like the excitement of helping someone find their dream home and seeing their happiness. The Triangle is a fantastic place with its unique blend of city life and Southern hospitality. Its rich history, diverse culture, and strong community spirit make it a wonderful place to live. 

I've been fortunate to earn recognition as one of the top agents in the region, thanks to my market expertise and dedication to my clients. It's all about staying ahead and ensuring every transaction is a success. 

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and exploring everything the Triangle has to offer! I'm also into indoor rock climbing, swimming, fitness, cooking, landscape design and studying foreign languages, which help me stay balanced and energized.
